It's time for the retreat, which is entirely focused on self-development! You will travel to Norway on your own.

General Information:
- Food and drinks are provided, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon fruit or snack. Coffee, tea, and water are available. The menu is vegetarian.
- Accommodation throughout the entire journey in an authentic Norwegian mountain cabin. You will sleep in a shared room with provided bedding.
- An adventurous hiking tour.
- Various exercises focused on personal development.
- A boundary-pushing outdoor experience.
- Personal pick-up at the airport. (if applicable)
- Transportation within Norway is all arranged and included in the journey. The transfer to and from Bergen airport is arranged, and transportation to the mountain cabin is included. I will personally pick you up at the airport.
- The only thing you need to arrange yourself is the journey to Norway. If you are flying, fly to Bergen.
- If you are driving, we expect you on day 2 (September 16) at 2:00 PM at the starting point in Utladalen, from where we will go together to the mountain cabin. Choosing the option to drive yourself will give you a €400 discount.
- You are responsible for arranging your journey to and from Norway. The best options are by plane or potentially by car.
– If you are flying, fly to Bergen.
– If you are driving, we expect you on day 2 (September 16) at 2:00 PM at the starting point in Utladalen, from where we will go together to the mountain cabin.
– Bring a backpack instead of a suitcase and ensure you have a smaller backpack for the hiking tour.
You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and toiletries. Norwegians say, “there is no bad weather, only bad clothing.” The weather can vary, so pack clothing for all conditions and dress in layers.
We will stay in an authentic Norwegian mountain cabin, situated at 400 meters altitude with stunning views of the surroundings! The facilities are simple, but the rustic charm and serene environment make it an ideal place for personal growth. You will share a room with other participants, enhancing the sense of community and connection. Bed linen is included!
Our retreat is designed with a focus on active participation and includes various physical activities such as hiking and outdoor activities. Therefore, this retreat is unfortunately not suitable for individuals with physical limitations. We aim to ensure that all participants can enjoy the full experience and program without hindrances.
